You may only use this website to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase.

This website and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws. The online purchasing is subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item to us within a period of 7 working days.

The item has to be returned in original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Before returning the item you may contact us and supply us with the original order number or invoice number.

Our products are brand new and carry a 12 month manufacturer guarantee. Should your purchase give you any technical or defect you may within that period you may return it. Once received, we will send the product to our technicians who will advise whether we should repair or replace with a brand new product.

Cash refunds are not eligible after 30 days of purchase unless we cannot repair or replace the item.

If we deliver an incorrect or a defect item, we will pay the freight costs to collect the item from you.

If we deliver the correct product but change your mind because of buyer’s remorse, you will have to send back the item at your cost. If a shipping cost was charged with the original order, it will be non-refundable.

Refunds are processed via EFT transfer or PayPal in some cases.     

Pricing

All prices listed include VAT (Value Added Tax). We are a registered VAT vendor with SARS. Prices on this website can change without prior notice.

Payment Options

All payments are processed in South African rands (ZAR). We accept EFT, PayPal, credit cards, debit cards on this website using respected third-party platforms, which means we do not have access to your financial information and card details.

Delivery Policy

Free delivery applies on orders exceeding 900ZAR but limited to items with a total weight of 10 kilograms.

Beveey.co.za is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problems which may arise due to the importation of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, our suppliers delaying orders, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port Health inspections or flight delays. This means that if an order is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

 If delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working – resulting in the shipment been returned to us, you will be liable for re-shipping costs due to non-delivery.

The term “Free delivery” is for standard economy road freight which has a delivery period up to 48hours (major and outlying areas).

Insurance

Courier insurance is optional. Flat rate shipping and free shipping does not include Insurance. However in some cases depending on the price of the item (High-ticket purchases excluding 2000 ZAR) we may insure against theft or damage.

International Orders

We do not deliver outside the borders of South Africa however you may arrange for a courier to collect from us once an arrangement has been made – applicable to international customers only. A Tax Invoice will be issued which vat can then be refunded at South African border customs.

Beveey is a registered exporter however will only export vat free to SADC countries to international businesses using a registered clearing agent.

Monitoring

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

Law

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
