• We do not deliver to P.O Box address. When you place an order please add your physical address. This can either be your residential or workplace address. Reason being, couriers only do door-to-door-deliveries.

• We deliver anywhere in South Africa. But deliveries are quicker in major centres (usually 1-2 working days). Major centres are as follows: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Nelspruit, Mbombela, Durban, Cape Town, Stellenbosch, George, Rustenburg, Polokwane, and Port Elizabeth. If your location doesn’t fall under major centre then delivery is usually 3 to working days.

• Deliveries are made between Mondays to Friday between 8am to 5pm. Couriers do not deliver on weekends unless stated.

• When your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and a tracking link. It is your responsibility to track the order.

• Should an item be out of stock (provided that you backorder the product), you will be notified on the ETA (expected time of arrival) as well as the estimated delivery date. 

• With the exception of Speakers or any item exceeding 10kg (we will send you a shipping quote when the order is placed), free delivery applies for orders exceeding R900 incl VAT. 

• We work with trusted and reliable freight companies such SkyNet Couriers and The Courier Guy for deliveries

• We do not have a physical shop with items on display so do we do not allow collections. However……

• You may organize your own courier or transportation to collect heavy items such as speakers and mixers exceeding 25 kilograms or more from our premises.
